​RETURNS POLICY
If you are in need of a return, or any other order assistance, please contact support@cristopheantonio.com first to confirm the appropriate action to take.
Our policy only covers up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by from the time your item(s) arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received the wrong item or a damaged item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: support@cristopheantonio.com) for instructions on how to begin your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders of sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged on arrival at your address.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore our fulfilment partner PRINTFUL.COM reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
